diameter = 63

radius = 63/2

area = pie r²

= 22/7 × 63/2 × 63/2

= 11 × 9 × 63/2

= 99×63/2

= 6237 / 2

= 3118.5

Given:-

  • Diameter of the circle is 63cm.

To Find:-

  • Find the area of the circle.

Formulae Applied:-

  • Area of a circle = πr^2

Solution:-

Diameter = 63cm

Radius = 1/2 of diameter

Radius = 63/2 = 31.5cm

Area of a circle = πr^2

= 22/7 × (31.5) × (31.5)

= 992.25 × 22/7

= 3.118.5cm
