ANSWER :

area of the field was the sum of the area of the different geometrical figure , therefore we want to calculate it's area and sum it . we will get the answer .

area of figures :

area of triangle AED = 1/2×(25+20+15+15)×40

= 20×75 = 1500 m²

area of triangle APB = 1/2×30×25

= 15×25 = 375 m²

area of triangle RDS = 1/2×50×20

= 50×10=500 m²

are of quadrilateral BPRS = 30×30+1/2×20×30

= 900+300=1200 m²

area of field = 1500+375+500+1200

= 3575 m²
