= 10.7 (Breadth)

Area of rectangle = L×B = 7.4×10.7 = 79.18

Area of semi circle = 1/2(πr^2) = 1/2×22/7×(3.7)^2 = 21.51

By adding both the area,

79.18 + 21.51 = 100ft^2 is the area of whole figure.
