Answer:

(a) Radius = 14mm

Area of a circle = 2πr^{2}

                         = 2 x \frac{22}{7} x 14 x 14

                         = 2 x 22 x 2 x 14

                         = 1232 mm^{2}

(b) Radius = 5mm

Area of a circle = 2πr^{2}

                         = 2 x \frac{22}{7} x 5 x 5

                         = \frac{1100}{7} cm^{2}

(c) Diameter = 49

     Radius = \frac{49}{2}

Area of a circle = 2πr^{2}

                         =  = 2 x \frac{22}{7} x \frac{49}{2} x \frac{49}{2}

                         = 3773 m^{2}

Answer:

(a) given : r= 14

so. area of circle = 2 pi r² (pi=22/7)

= 2×22/7×14×14

= 2×22×2×14

= 123,2cm²----------(1)

(b) given : d=49. (we wants radius)

r=d/2

r=24.5

so. area of circle = 2 pi r²

= 2×22/7×24.5×24.5

= 2×22×3.5×24.5

= 3,307.5cm² -----------(2)

(c) given r=5

so. area of circle = 2 pi r.

= 2× 22/7×5×5

= 2×1.4×22×5

= 308cm²----------(3)
