Explanation:

It is easy we have to draw a line from 3cm to 5cm then we will get one square and one rectangle and the area of rectangle = l×b and square = side × side.

The are of rectangle = 140 and are if square = 225 add the both = 365.

Divide it into 2 parts I and II

Area of I part = l × b

= 20 × 7 cm sq.

= 140 sq. cm

Area of II part = (side)^2

= (15cm)^2

= 225 cm sq.

Area of whole part = Area of I + II

= (140 + 225) sq.cm

= 365 sq. cm
