Find the area of the following figures whuch are combinations of different shapes
1.) combination of a traingle and a semicircle(radius is 7cm and height is 15cm)
2.)combination of a rectangle and 2 semicircles(witdh in rectangle is 7m and the lenght in rectangle also is 20m)

Solution:

Base of the rectangle= Diameter of the semicircle

∴ Radius of the circle =6h

Now, 

Area of the figure = Area of the rectangular part + Area of the semicircular part

=h×3h+21×π×(6h)2

=3h2+72πh2

=(7224+π)h2
