Area of this polygon= Area of the traingle+ Area of trapezium

Area of triangle= 1/2×Base×Height

= 1/2×30×12

= 180 cm²

Area of trapezium= 1/2×( sum of parallel sides)× Height

= 1/2×(30+24)×15

= 1/2×54×15

= 405 cm²

Area of the polygon= 405+180

= 585 cm²
