770 cm²

Step-by-step explanation:

First find the area of rectangle

Area of rectangle = l x b

12 x 35 = 420 cm²

Now

Area of triangle = ½ x b x h

 \frac{1}{2}  \times 35 \times 10 = 175 \:  {cm}^{2}

there are two triangle so multiple 175 by 2

175 x 2 = 350 cm²

Now add all areas

350 + 420 = 770 cm²

✌️Hope this will help you ✌️
