Answer:

645cm for number 2

135cm for number 5

Step-by-step explanation:

The formula to calculate the area of a regular polygon is, Area = (number of sides × length of one side × apothem)/2, where the value of apothem can be calculated using the formula, Apothem = [(length of one side)/{2 ×(tan(180/number of sides)

2) Length U-T = 28cm S-P = 58cm

28+58= 86cm

Height of the trapezium is 15cm, Therefore (1/2) times (28+58) times 15

86 times 15=1290= (1/2) 645cm

5) Length R-V = 10cm U-R = 17cm = 27cm

10+17 = 27cm

Height of the trapezium is 10cm Therefore (1/2) times (10+17) times 10

27 times 10 = 270cm = (1/2) 135cm

(if i get any of this wrong, im sorry ive not done area in years.)
