Answer:

1) As we are not given the height we will find the area by pythagoras theorem

= a^2 = ad^2 +b/2^2

a^2 = 5^2 + 4/2^2

a^2= 25+2^2

a^2= 25+4

a^2= 29

a= square of 29

a= 5.38

total area= 5.38+5.38

= 10.76

2) in this we will divide B in a rectangle and 2 semi circle

so first we will find the area of rectangle= l×b

=6×2

=12cm

the 2 semi circle will make a circle with radius 3cm

= pier^2

=3.14×3×3

=3.14×9

=28.27

total area= 12+28.27

= 40.27
