find the area of the isosceles triangle whose each equal side is 10 cm and base is 12 cm​

a=10cm

b=10cm

c=12cm

s=a+b+c÷2

s=10+10+12÷2

s=16

Area of a triangle =√s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)

=√16(16-10)(16-10)(16-12)

=√16×6×6×4

=6√4×4×4

=6×4√4

24√4 cm^2
