Find the area of the parallelogram whose base is 5 cm and height is 3.6 cm.​

Given :

➝ Base = 5 cm

➝ height of parallelogram = 3.6 cm

To find :

➝ Area if parallelogram

Formula used :

➝ Area if parallelogram = base × height

Solution :

=> Base = 5 cm

=> height of parallelogram = 3.6 cm

➝ Area if parallelogram = 5 × 3.6

➝ Area if parallelogram = 5 × (36/10)

➝ Area if parallelogram = 1 × (36/2)

➝ Area if parallelogram = 18 cm²

Answer :

Area of the parallelogram whose base is 5 cm and height is 3.6 cm = 18 cm²
