Solution:-

To know the area of the path.

Area of rectangle - Area of the smaller rectangle.

We know that l = 60 and b = 20.

️ ➭ Area of rectangle = 60 × 20

️ ➭ Area of rectangle = 1200

️ ➭ Area of smaller rectangle = 28 × 9

️ ➭ Area of smaller rectangle = 252

️ ➭ There are 4 rectangles = 252 × 4 => 1008

Now,

️ ➭ Area of the path = 1200 - 1008

️ ➭ $\boxed{\bf{{ \: Area \: of \: path \: = \: 192 \:}}}$
