Total Area =Area od Rectangle FECB + Area of triangle AFB + Area of triangle ECD

there for,Area of triangle AFB=1/2×FB×height

since here height =70-50=20

there fore Area of triangle AFB=1/2×30×20

=300 cm2

similarly, area of triangle ECD=300cm2

Area of rectangle FECB=base × height

=50×30

=1500cm2

therefore,total area=1500+300+300

=2100 cm2
