Answer:

there are 4 part in this figure

  • TRIANGLE EDC
  • TRIANGLE. EFA
  • TRIANGLE. CHB
  • TRAPEZIUM. ABHF

Step-by-step explanation:

Area of triangle EDC= ½ × base × height

= ½×20×3

=10×3

=30 cm²

Area of triangle EFA=½ × base × height

=½ × 5 × 7

=2.5×7

= 17.5 cm²

Area of triangle CHB=½ × b × h

= ½ × 7 × 5

=3.5 × 5

=17.5 cm²

Area of trapezium ABHF= ½( sum of length of parallel sides ) × h

=½ × (8+8) × 5

=½ × 16 × 5

=8×5. ( 16 is divided by 2 )

=40 cm²

Area of the figure= AREA OF TRIANGLE EDC + AREA OF TRIANGLE EFA + AREA OF TRIANGLE CHB + AREA OF TRAPEZIUM ABHF

= 30 + 17.5 + 17.5 + 40

=105 CM²

here is the answer
