Answer:

\huge\mathfrak\red{holamate}

Area of Ist traingle

base = 30cm

height = 12 cm

Area of = 1/2×base × height

= 1/2×30×12

=180 cm sq.

Area of IInd triangle

base = 30 cm

height = 20-12= 8 cm

Area of = 1/2 × 30×8

=120 cm sq.

Area of polygon

Area of Ist triangle+ Area of IInd traingle

=(180+120)cm sq.

=300cm sq.

YᎾUℛ ᎯℕЅᏇℰℛ

300 cm²

⬇️Explanation ⬇️

Firstly check the attachment

In ∆ ABC

Height = 12 cm

Base = 20 cm

Area of triangle = ½ x B x H

 \frac{1}{2}  \times 20 \times 12 \\  \\  = 120 \:  {cm}^{2}

Now in ∆ ADC

Height = 18 cm

Base = 20 cm

Area = ½ x B x H

 \frac{1}{2}  \times 20 \times 18 \\  \\  = 180 \:  {cm}^{2}

Now add both areas

180 + 120 = 300 cm²

✌️Hope this helps you ✌️
