Given:

Radius of a circle= 7 cm

Area of quadrant =( 1/4) × πr²

Area of quadrant = 1/4 × (22/7) × 7× 7

Area of quadrant=( 22× 7)/4= 77/2= 38.5 cm²

Hence, the area of quadrant is = 38.5 cm²

Given:
Radius =r=7cm

RTP: to calculate area of quadrant of a circle.

Formula used:

Area of Quadrant of circle =( 1/4) × πr²

=(1/4)×( 22/7 )×7 × 7

=(22×7×7)/4×7
=11×7/2
=77/2
=38.5 cm2.
Therefore Area of Quadrant of circle is 38.5cm2
