 \mathfrak{answer : }

 \tt \green{given :  \dag \: sides \: of \: the \: rectangle \: (4x + 6)(2x + 3)}

 \tt \red{to o \: find :  \dag \: area \: of \: a \: rectangle}

 \tt \: we \: know \: that \: area \: of \: a \: rectangle \: is \: l \times b

 \tt \:so...

(4x + 6)(2x + 3)

4x(2x + 3) + 6(2x + 3)

8 {x}^{2}  + 12x + 12x + 18

8 {x}^{2}  + 24x + 18

 \tt \: divide \: the \: whole \: equation \: by \: 2 \:

 \tt \: now..

4 {x}^{2}  + 12x + 9

solve the above equation and you will get the values of sides of a rectangle..
