Find the area of the rectangles whose two adjacent sides are..
(1). 14cm and 23cm
(2). 3km and 4 km
(3). 2m and 90cm..

Plzz solve..

1) Length = 23 cm
Breadth = 14 cm
Area = L x B
= 23cm x 14cm
= 322 cm square

2) length = 4 km
Breadth = 3 km
Area = L x B
= 4 km x 3 km
= 12 km square

3) length = 90 cm = 90/100 m = 0.9 m
Breadth = 2m
Area = L x B
= 0.9m x 2 m
=1.8 m square

i) Given,

length= 14cm. breath = 23cm

Area of rectangle= length x breath

= 14 x 23
= 322cm.s

ii). Given
Length= 3km,. breath = 4km


Area= L x b

= 3 x 4
= 12km.s


iii). Given,

Length= 2m. 2 x 100 = 200cm

breath= 90cm

Area= L x b

=200 x 90

= 18000cm.s
