Answer:

A rectangular field is 100 m by 80 m.

A. Length to its breadth

So:

A Ratio of length to its breadth

=100:80

=5:4

B. Breadth to its perimeter

b=80 m

Perimeter =l+b=2(100+80)=(180)2=360

b:p

=80:360

=2:9

Answer:

Perimeter of rectangle =2(l+b)

100  = 2(l + b) \\  100= 2(2x + 3x) \\100 =  2(5x) \\ 100 = 10x \\ x = 10 \\  \\ length = 2x  = 2(10) \\  = 20m \\ breadth = 3x = 3(10) \\ 30m

area \: of \: rectangle = l \times b \\  = 20 \times 30 \\  = 600m {}^{2}
