Distance between two points

= √ (x2 - x1)^2 + (y2 - y1)^2

=> Length of diagona AC = √ (-1 - 3)^2 + (4 - 0)^2

=> d1 = √ (-4)^2 + (4)^2

= √16 + 16 = √ 16x2 = 4√2

=> Length of diagona BD = √ (-2 - 4)^2 + (-1 - 5)^2

=> d2 = √ (-6)^2 + (-6)^2

= √ 36 + 36 = √ 36x2 =6√2

Area of rhombus = 1/2 d1 x d2

= 1/2 4√2 x 6√2

= 1/2 24 x 2

= 24 Sq units.
