area of sector= theta/360 × πr^2
thus, 120/360 × 22/7 × 21× 21
thus, 1/3 × 22 × 3 × 21
thus, 22 × 21
thus, 462 cm^2
thus the area of the sector is 462 sq.cm

hope this helps you
