So according to formula,
30/360×Π ×4^2

=4.19 cm^2
We know,
Area of major sector=Area of circle- area of minor sector
So,
Area of major sector=Π r^2 - 4.9 cm^2
=22/7×4^2 - 4.9
= 22/7× 16 - 4.9
=50.24 - 4.9
=46.05cm^2
