HEYY..

From the data given in the question we know that

radium is equal to the= r = 10.5 cm and the angle is equal to = x =  60 degree .

so the formula for finding perimeter of angle 60 degree  = length of arc +2*radius

 so            the perimeter will be    =(x/360°) 2πr + 2r

By putting the values we will got = (60°/360°)( 2 *3.14 * 10.5) + 2* 10.5

  So upon solving  the perimeter of sector will be = 32 cm. which is our answer here.

hope it'll help you

Perimeter of the sector OAB

\longrightarrow \sf{OA + OB + arc \: AB \:  = 10.5 + 10.5 +  \frac{\theta}{360}  \times 2\pi \: r}

\longrightarrow \sf{(21 +  \frac{60}{360}  \times 2 \times  \frac{22}{7}  \times 10.5)cm}

\longrightarrow \sf{(21+11)cm}

\longrightarrow{\boxed{\sf{32cm}}}
