☄️Find the area of the shaded region by subtracting the area of the small shape from the area of the larger shape. The result is the area of only the shaded region, instead of the entire large shape.

Area of whole rectangle

100*60

6000m^2

Area of unshaded portion

5*100+60*5-5*5

500+300-25

775m^2

Area of shaded region

6000-775

5225m^2
