Area of Semi Circle = 22/7 × 7² /2
= 77 cm²
Area of Rectangle = Length × Breadth
= 14 × 10
=140 cm²
Area of shaded region = Area of Rectangle - Area of Semi Circle
= 140 -77
= 63 cm²

area of a rectangle =  ( l*b)

area of rectangle = 14*10  =140

area of semicircle =π  r

radius of semicircle =  7

area of semicircle =   22/7*7*

area of hemisphere =  22 unit

shaded region = area of rectangle - area of  semicircle

so 140 - 22 = 118 ans..

hope it help you
