Breadth of smaller rec. =15-2-2

=15-4

Length of smaller rec. =19.6-5.4=14.2m

Area of smaller rec. =l*b

=14.2*11

=156.2 m^2

Area of shaded portion

=294-156.2=137.8 m^2
