Area of ∆OAB= OB × AB/2

--> find AB

AB² = OA²+OB²

AB² = 7²+7²

AB² = 98

AB = √98

AB = 9.8

Area of∆OAB= 7x9.8/2

= 7x4.9 = 34.3.sq.cm

Area of ∆ OCD = OD×CD/2

Find CD

CD= 19.7

Area of∆OCD = 14×19.7/2

= 137.9 sq.cm

Area of shaded region = 137.9-34.3 = 103.6 sq.cm.
