hence side if sqare is 14cm
so the diagonal of square will be

14root 2 (by the formula of digonal = side root 2)

here the digonal of sqare and radius of circle will be same
so SECTORAL is theta /360digree × pai r square
90/360 × 22/7 × 196×2
=1/4 × 22×28 ×2
=22×7×2
=22×14
=308
in sqare are of square
side square = 14^2
=196
so the area of shaded region = 308-196=112cm^2

Answer:

112 sq.cm

Step-by-step explanation:

diagonal of the square= sq. root of 14^2+14^2=sq.root of 392

this the radius of the quadrant.

area of the quadrant = [(22/7) * 392 ]divided by 4= 22*14=308

area of square is 14*14=196

area of shaded porion is 308-196=112sq.cm
