First find the area of the square.
side=10cm
Area=SxS
=10x10=100cm square
then the area of the two semicircles
1st semicircle: d=10cm
r=d\2=10\2=5cm
Area= 3.14*5*5\2
=39.25cmsquare
then multiply the and by two.39.25*2=78.5cm square
Now subtract area of square minus area of the semicircles= 100-78.5=21.5cm square
side=10cm
Area=SxS
=10x10=100cm square
then the area of the two semicircles
1st semicircle: d=10cm
r=d\2=10\2=5cm
Area= 3.14*5*5\2
=39.25cmsquare
then multiply the and by two.39.25*2=78.5cm square
Now subtract area of square minus area of the semicircles= 100-78.5=21.5cm square
