Radius of circle = \dfrac{Diameter}{2}

                         = \dfrac{10.5}{2}

Radius of circle r = 5,25 cm

Area of circle = \pi r^{2}

                      = 3.14 ×(5.25)^{2}

                      = 3.14 × 27.25

Area of circle = 86.54 cm^{2}

Area of shaded region = Area of square - Area of circle

                                      = 110.25 - 86.54

                                      = 23.71

Area of shaded region = 23.71 cm^{2}
