Step-by-step explanation:

area of shaded region = Area of semicircle with diameter AC - Area of quadrant ABC

Area of quadrant = 1/4 π r^2

=1/4 × 22/7 × 21 ×21

= 1/2 × 11 ×3×21

= 21×21/2

=441/2

= 22.5 cm^2

Area of semicircle = 1/2πr^2 .

=1/2 ×22/7×r^2

to find the radius of semicircle by PGT

h^2=p^2+b^2

h^2 = 28^2+21^2

h^2 = 784+441

h^2= 1225

h= √1225

h= 35

r=d/2

r= 35/2

r= 17.5

=22.5-17.5

= 5cm^2....

please mark it as brainlist answer...
