AREA OF SHAPED PORTION = AREA OF TRIANGLE + AREA OF SHADED REGION

now,

area of triangle = 1/2×b×h

=1/2×15cm×10cm

=75cm^2

and,

area of shaded region = area of triangle +area of rectangle

= 1/2×15×10+5×10

= 75+50

=125cm^2

area of total shaped part= 125cm^2 +75cm^2

=200cm^2
