find the area of the square whose perimeter is 56 cm

perimeter of square = 4a
56 = 4a
a = 56/4
a = 14
now ,
area of square = a²
= 14² = 196cm²

The perimeter of a square :

4s = 56
s = 56/4
s = 14 cm

Now area ;

s x s = 14 x 14
= 196 cm2.
