Area of a square = Side × Side

{\bf{\blue{\fbox{\underline{Solution:-}}}}}}

⇒ a) 15 cm

Area of square = Side × Side

→ 15 cm × 15 cm

→ 225 cm²

_____

⇒ b) 6m

Area of a  square = Side × Side

→ 6 m × 6 m

→ 36 m²

_____

⇒ c) 2m and 20 cm

→ Let's convert it into cm

1m = 100 cm

2m = 2 × 100 = 200 cm

200 cm + 20 cm = 220 cm

Area of a square = Side × Side

→ 220 cm × 220 cm

→ 48400 cm²

_____

⇒ d) 5 km

Area of a square = Side × Side

→ 5km × 5km

→ 25 km²
