\sf\huge\bold{Solution}

Given

Three points A(-10,-4), B(-8,-1) and C(-3,-5)

are given

\sf x_{1}=-10,x_{2}=-8,x_{3}=-3

\sf y_{1}=-4,y_{2}=-1,y_{3}=-5

To Find

Area of Triangle

We Will apply this formula to find out the area of triangle when three points are given:

\sf \longmapsto\dfrac{1}{2}\bigg | y_{1}\bigg(x_{2} - x_{3}\bigg) + y_{2}\bigg(x_{3} - x_{1}\bigg) + y_{3}\bigg(x_{1 }- x_{2}\bigg)\bigg | \: sq.units

\sf \longmapsto \dfrac{1}{2}  \bigg| - 4\bigg[- 8 -\bigg ( - 3\bigg)\bigg] + \bigg( - 1\bigg)\bigg( - 3 - \bigg( - 10\bigg)\bigg]+ \bigg( - 5\bigg)\bigg( - 10 - \bigg( - 8\bigg)\bigg]\bigg|

\sf \longmapsto \dfrac{1}{2}  \bigg| - 4\bigg( - 8 + 3\bigg) - 1\bigg( - 3 + 10\bigg) - 5\bigg( - 10 + 8\bigg)\bigg|

\sf \longmapsto \dfrac{1}{2} \bigg | - 4\bigg( - 5\bigg) - 1\bigg(7\bigg) - 5\bigg( - 2\bigg)\bigg|

\sf \longmapsto \dfrac{1}{2} \bigg |20 - 7 + 10\bigg|  =  \dfrac{1}{2} \bigg |13 + 10\bigg|

\sf \longmapsto \dfrac{23}{2}  \: sq.units
