Given,

base = 6.4 m

height = 8 dm = 0.8 m

•°• Area of the triangle

= 1/2 × base × height

= ( 1/2 × 6.4 × 0.8 )m²

= ( 3.2 × 0.8 )m²

= 2.56 m²

Given,

base (b) = 6.4 m

height (h) = 8 dm = (8/10) m = 0.8 m

To find area of the Δ

We know that

Area of Δ

= 1/2 × b × h

= ( 1/2 × 6.4 × 0.8 )m²

= ( 3.2 × 0.8 )m²

= 2.56 m²
