area \: of \: the \: triange = 1 \div 2 | - 8(6 - 9)  - 6(9 - 4) - 3(4 - 6)|
 =  - 8( - 3) - 6(5) - 3( - 2)
 = 24 - 30 + 6 \\  = 30 - 30 \\  = 0
