Find the area of the triangle whose vertices are A (2,3) , B (4,5) , and C (-3,4)

Area = 1/2 × | x1 (y2 – y3) + x2 (y3 – y1) + x3 (y1 – y2) |

= 1/2 × | 2(5–4) + 4(4–3) + (–3)(3–5) |

= 1/2 × | 2 + 4 + 6 |

= 1/2 × 12

= 6 unit²
