Answer:

Area of whole square=side*side

=56*56

=3136m^2

Diameter of semi circle=56

therefore radius=56/2=28m

Area of semi circles=2(Area of semi circle)

=2(1/2pier^2)

=2*1/2*22/7*28*28

=22/7*784

=2464m^2

therefore

unshaded area=Area of whole square - area of semi circles(shaded area)

=3136-2464

=672m^2
