First divide the polygon into the shape which area you know how to find.

Area of square = a² = 9² = 81 m²

Area of rectangle = l x b = 13 x 4 = 52 m²

Area of trapezium = (1/2) × (13+12) × 11 = 137.5 m²

Area of polygon = (81 + 52 + 137.5) = 270.5 m²
