Step-by-step explanation:

Area of trapezium= 1/2(sum of parallel sides)× height

so,

height is 3cm, parallel sides are 7cm and 9cm

A to Q

1/2(7+9)×3

1/2×16×3

16 is divided by 2 to 8 times so

8×3= 24

Area of trapezium= 24cm

Solution

~ Formula Used :

 \huge{ \maltese{ \boxed{ \sf{ \large{ \pink{ \frac{h(a+b)}{2}}}}}}}

{ \underline{ \underline{ \rm{ \large{Let's  \: Start}}}}}

{ \longmapsto{ \rm{ \dfrac{3(7 + 9)}{2}}}}

{ \longmapsto{ \rm{ \dfrac{3(16)}{2}}}}

{ \longmapsto{ \rm{ \dfrac{48}{2}}}}

{ \longmapsto{ \rm{ \cancel \dfrac{48}{2}}}}

{ \rm{ = 24cm {}^{2} }}

{ \large{ \bf{ \pink{ = 24cm {}^{2} }}}}

{ \underline{ \underline{ \frak{Therefore,}}}}

" Area of Trapezium=24cm^2 "
