Answer:

S R is equals to 48 CM so S M is equals to 8 cm.

by Pythagorean theorem

q m square + m r square is equals to QR square

q m square + 8 square = 17 square

64 + q m square is equals to289

289 -64 is equals to 225 QR is equals to under root 225 which is equal to 15

hence qm is equals to 15 QR is equal to 17 and y is equals to 8 cm so the area of triangle qmr is equals to 17 into 8 into 15 equals to 2040cm square.

Answer:

area=h (a+b)/2

a=40cm

b=48cm

by phytogoras theorem,in triangle QMR

QM^2+MR^2=QR^2

h^2+8^2=17^2

h^2+64=289

289-64=h^2

225 =h^2

h=15cm

area=15 (40+48)/2

=15 (88)/2

=15×44

=660sq.cm
