CORRECT QUESTION.

Find the area of trapezium whose parallel

sides are 25 cm and 13 cm and the height of

trapezium is 15 cm.

EXPLANATION.

=> The parallel sides of the trapezium are

25 cm and 13 cm

=> Height of the trapezium = 15 cm

To find the area of trapezium.

 \sf \to \: area \: of \: trapezium \implies \:  \frac{1}{2} \times (sum \: of \: parallel \: sides) \times (height)

=> 1/2 X ( 25 + 13 ) cm X 15

=> 1/2 X 38 X 15

=> 19 X 15

=> 285 cm²

Therefore,

Area of trapezium = 285cm².
