Area of triangle is 25 cm².

{\purple{\underline{\underline{\large{\mathtt{EXPLANATION:-}}}}}}

Given:-

  • Base of triangle (BC) = 10 cm
  • Height of triangle (AD) = 5 cm

To find:-

  • Area of the triangle.

Solution:-

We know,

{\boxed{\sf{\green{Area\:of\: triangle=\frac{1}{2}\times Base\times Height}}}}

So, the area of the rectangle,

{\sf{\frac{1}{2}\times {BC}\times{AD}\:cm^2}}

{\sf{=\frac{1}{2}\times10\times5\:cm^2}}

{\sf{=25\:cm^2}}
