 Given \: the \:points \: A(6,0) , \: B(0,8) \:which

 form\: a \: triangle \:with \:Origin \: O(0,0)

 \triangle AOB \: is \: right \: angle \: triangle

 and \: the \:base \: is \: 6 \: units

 \blue{ (x \: Coordinate \: of \: point \:A )}

 Height \: is \: 8 \:units

 \blue{ (y \: Coordinate \: of \: point \:B)}

 \therefore \red{Area \:of \:\triangle= \frac{1}{2} \times base \times height}

 = \frac{1}{2} \times 6 \times 8

 = 3 \times 8

 = 24 \: square \:units

Therefore.,

  \red{Area \:of \:\triangle}\green { = 24 \: square \:units}
