Hey !!

Here is your answer...

A ( 2, 0 ) = A ( x1, y1 )
B ( 6, 0 ) = B ( x2, y2 )
C ( 4, 6 ) = C ( x3, y3 )

Area Of ∆ABC =
 = \frac{1}{2} |x1(y2 - y3) + x2(y3 - y1) + x3(y1 - y2)| \\ \\ = \frac{1}{2} |2(0 - 6) + 6(6 - 0) + 4(0 - 0)| \\ \\ = \frac{1}{2} |2( - 6) + 6(6) + 4(0)| \\ \\ = \frac{1}{2} | - 12 + 36 + 0| \\ \\ = \frac{1}{2} |24| \\ \\ = \frac{24}{2} \\ \\ = 12

Area of ∆ABC = 12

Hope it helps you..
