Let a = 10M

b = 5 M

c = 7 M

A/q s= a+b+c/2

s = 10M + 5M + 7 M / 2

s = 22M / 2

s = 11 M

Area of triangle
 \sqrt{s(s - a)(s - b)(s - c)} \\ = \sqrt{11(11 - 10)(11 - 5)(11 - 7) } \\ = \sqrt{11 \times 1 \times 6 \times 4} \\ = 11 \times 1 \times 3 \times 2 \\ = 66

Hence, area of triangle is 66M.
Hope it helps you:-)

s=a+b+c/2 ( half of perimeter =s)
a=10m
b=5m
c=7m
s=10+5+7/2
 = 22/2
 =11m

area=√s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)
       =√11(11-10)(11-5)(11-7)
       =√11×1×6×4
       =√11×2×3×2×2
       =2√22×3
       =2√66 m²
