GivEn:

  • Sides = 78m , 50m and 112m

To Find:

  • Area of the triangle?

Formula to be Used:

Area = √[s(s -a) (s - b) (s - c)]

Where as:

s = (a + b + c)/2

s = (78 + 50 + 112)/2

s = 240/2

s = 120

Solution:

After putting Values in Formula;

⟹ √[120(120 - 78) (120 - 50) (120 - 112)]

⟹ √[120 (42) (70) (8)]

⟹ √[120 × 42 × 70 × 8]

⟹ √[2822400]

1680

Hence,

The area of the triangle is 1680m².
