Base (b) = 15 cm

Altitude (h) = 6 cm

Therefore, area (A) =

 \frac{1}{2}  \times b \times h \\  =  \frac{1}{2}  \times 15 \: cm \times 6 \: cm \\  = 15 \: cm \times 3 \: cm \\  = 45 \:  {cm}^{2}
